Entry from: Pokhara, Nepal Entry Title: “Pokhara and trek to Poon Hill” Entry: “Arrived in Nepal – Pokhara, around 2am Monday morning. It was a back breaking journey which totalled over 14 hours. We made a detour to the sight of Buddha’s birthplace in Lumbini and then carried on into the mountains to reach our oasis of calm. Pokhara is one of the most beautiful places i’ve been to and comes with a welcomed cooler climate. Planning a week here with hikes into the hills, mountain biking and kyaking around the lake. On sunday we will start a three day trek to Poon Hill; one of the best viewing points of the Annapurna Himalaya they say (whoever they are). The plan for the trek is: Day 1: Naya Pul to Ghandrung (14km) Day 2: Ghandrung to Ghorepani (26km) Day 3: Ghorepani to Poon Hill (5am). How to Hill Climb on a Motorcycle
www.kydirt.com About half the viewer hate this video, and the other half love it, sort of like Dave, you either love him or you hate him, Thanks for rating this video. Stuart Ferguson interviews Dave McWilliams on his motorcycle technique for hill climbing. We were riding the Red Bird trails near Hyden Kentucky. Dave has won many Eagle Creek Hare Scrambles championships, he is a Mid-South want a be contender, and a legend in his own mind. Really Dave is a great guide to the Eastern Kentucky mountain trails. Take a lesson from the master, and you might just make it to the top.
