How do I start rock climbing?
I am quite the extremest i guess you can say.. but i’ve never really had the chance to rock climb because none of my friends were into “physical activity” and now finally i have friends as crazy as me and we’re looking around to find somewhere that teaching rock climbing for first timers or where i can rent gear… i’m in florida so any places near would be helpful. thanks!

I am sort of already in shape but I would like to get stronger and get more muscle. I like rock climbing, and just got a membership to a local rock climbing gym. Will this help me get strong and how long will it take?
