I made it! It was cold up there, you can hear the wind blowing. I have the video of Mt Adams, then Mt. Hood in Oregon and Mt St. Helen’s. This was the highest peak I was really allowed to go without any special cables, or climbing gear. Plus the weather was getting below 2 degrees.

Incredible Rope Climb

This is a 100 foot cliff at north bend park. That’s me going up about 3/4 of the way on 7/16″(12mm) diameter static rappelling rope.This was the second of two climbs. Unfortunately, the first attempt(which was the whole 100 foot climb) was missed by my novice camera man. (he was busy filming his dog)
