What is the top rock climbing area in Southern California?
Joshua Tree, Tahquitz & Suicide Rock, and New Jack City are frequently cited as the “top” rock climbing destination in Southern California. Do you agree, or are there better ones? Williamson Rock, by the way, is shut down.

In my opinion, J-Tree is the best place in So Cal to climb. I go there all the time and love the amount of climbing that is available. From bouldering to 5.10’s and up, it’s got it all. And the area is amazing too, so picture-esque.
