All we need is a bunch of crappy bolts drilled by someone with a YouTube education. Allot of time there will be natural pro to use just bring extra long webbing. Also bolts are a touchy subject at a lot of places. Irresponsible bolting can lead to places being closed to climbers. There are even some routes that are meant to be lead and not TR'd.
