Actually this a great video for beginners covering the butt sag problem. The Bent arms is a common problem for people too when they first start out and I’m sure if there is another video in this series that is mentioned… (or should be) but smearing is a little adavanced is doesn’t really come up that much and ya gotta break it up into sections or you’re going to confuse people

I agree. Straight arms are more important … beginners tend to keep arms and legs bent. Hips away from the wall is essential for smearing.
Personally I think they also have some really good advice on buying pet gerbils.
