Earth Treks’ Climbing Center in Columbia, MD offers climbing for all ages and abilities. Routes are set daily by Brian Hughes.

The Climbing Center has 44 ft. high walls, and over 15,000 sq. ft. of climbing surfaces including a Bouldering Cave, Overhangs, Aretes, Roofs, Dihedrals, Cracks, Chimneys, Slabs, and even a Stalactite. Earth Treks’ original gym will be expanded in 2009, increasing the floor space by 3,500 sq. ft. (that’s a 70% increase). Climbing surface will increase to 20,000 sq. ft. and a state-of-the-art cardio and strength training center will be added.

Earth Treks’ newest climbing center in Rockville, MD seems to be the talk of the town within the local climbing community. With more than enough climbing for any skill level, it boasts an oversized bouldering area, two leadable arches, and tons of top-roping. Rockville is Earth Treks’ largest and most featured gym. The gym features intricate, cutting edge surfaces designed to usher in a new era of indoor climbing facilities.

Earth Treks’ Climbing Center in Timonium, MD was opened in 2002. The towering, state-of-the-art climbing walls and bouldering area have hosted many competitions including three National Championships. Routes are set daily by Matt Bosley, one of the country’s leading competive climbers.
